You may also opt   to acquire the services of our in-house  Interior Designer or we can  work with the Interior Designer or house design of your  choice.<\/p>\n<h2>PAG IBIG \/BANK required Housing Loan Requirements<\/h2>\n<p>We will assist and  prepare the documents needed for your house   construction loan or PAG IBIG financed house construction\u00a0such as  complete set of building plans, bill of  materials\/ specification\/ cost  estimates and building permit.<\/p>\n<h2>Building Permit and Documentation<\/h2>\n<p>We take out all  the hassle from you and prepare all necessary  documents, blue prints, plans  and details for house construction   purposes to secure government required building permit all signed and  sealed by  Professional Engineers and Architects.<\/p>\n<h2>Construction<\/h2>\n<p>We will be  responsible for processing building permit needed in  the Construction  phase.\u00a0 We will source out all materials  and supply  labor and tools\u00a0in the actual house construction phase. Our team of  experienced Engineers, Architects  and top &#8211; notch Interior Designers  will work hard to satisfy every specific  criteria you have &#8211; with the  highest standard of quality and exceptional  customer service.
